I have just one absolutely WONDERFUL neighbour, the othe sides are scrub land so all\'s pieceful! Although semi-rural I\'m within walking distance of most amenities. The front garden\'s about 6ft sq, with parking for two vehicles, the rearabout 30ft sq, both laid to flint gravel and a water feature.My rent\'s £398pm, council tax £100pm and gas/electric £100pm.
